Before I begin with my review, for those of you who don’t know, Beachbody launched a new workout program called BODY BEAST that focuses on gaining mass and building muscle! The workout is lead by two-time Mr. Israel and fitness expert Sagi Kalev. Sagi is a professional body builder and definitely knows what it takes to build a BEAST body. If you are looking to add some serious mass, then BODY BEAST is the right workout for you!
BODY BEAST – Build: Chest and Tris Review
Day one complete. BODY BEAST Building Chest and Tris is done and wow, am I ever so sore! My chest (boobs) are so sore, however, its the best feeling ever!
The workout started off with basic stretching and push-ups to warm up the chest muscles. You then dove right into the action with standard bench pressing. After a set of that, you transitioned into incline flies and incline bench. This is where the burn started to kick in.
After wrapping up your last super set of incline, you jumped right into close grip bench press and partial chest flies. Since the tempo of this workout is so quick, you have absolutely no time to rest which causes the blood to pump into the chest and stay there throughout the whole workout. The pump you will feel and see is incredible. After finishing close grip bench and partial flies, you wrapped up with decline pushups. Burn!
Now that chest is done, you jumped into triceps. This is where it was tricky. My triceps were EXHAUSTED from the chest workout, so the pump in my triceps were already there! Which was awesome and you could physically see my triceps THROBBING! It was nuts! Some of the tricep routines consisted of kickbacks, extentions and dips.
Wow, day one is complete and I feel amazing! The pump and muscle swell from this one workout is crazy! I cant wait to see the end results from this!
