My Body Beast Review – Build Phase:

Yesterday was my last day of the Build Phase of Body Beast, so I wanted to put together a quick review of the past three week of the workout program.  If you didn’t know, Body Beast is divided into three different phases over the course of a 90 day period.  You start off with the Build Phase, then transition into the Bulk Phase, and then wrap it up with the Beast Phase. 

So what did I think of the first three weeks of Body Beast and the Build Phase?  I absolutely loved it. I think I can confidently say that Body Beast is my favorite Beachbody workout program! I am totally addicted to this program!  The results I have seen in only three weeks have been crazy!  I have managed to gain about 6.5lbs of muscle mass since pressing play for the first time.  If you have been keeping up with my Facebook posts, Im sure you have seen a lot of my progress pictures.

The Build Phase was designed to do just that, to build a foundation to work off of.  Think of it as preparing a clean canvas for a painter to paint their masterpiece on.  Throughout the Build Phase, I was able to learn a lot of the routines, mastering my form and understanding my own strength to help me maximize my workouts.  I see Body Beast’s Build Phase as pre-season training that allows me to prepare for whats ahead with an idea of what my body is capable of.

I am so thankful I recorded all my workouts and wrote down all my weight for every routine and set.  This is a great way to look back and see the progression, but also, allows me to sit down and judge how to attack the Bulk Phase the best I can, but still staying safe.  Remember, don’t let your ego get in the way.

Another question I get is, “Chris, you’re results are impressive, have you also been taking the Body Beast supplements too?”  My answer is, “Of course!”  Im a guy who likes to give 100% commitment to everything I do.  If the program is proven to work, and tells me to do something that is guaranteed to work, Im going to do it and do it correctly. When I ordered my Body Beast workout program, I went with the complete Body Beast Challenge Pack, which comes with the workout program, the nutritional guide and all the supplements needed for the absolute best results.  I dont know about you, but I want the best results possible if Im going to bust my ass over the course of the next 90 days, so thats why I decided to get the complete package!

The Base Shake is a great source of nutrients and fuel for my body, while packing a significant amount of protein.  As we all know, no protein equals no muscles. 

The Fuel Shot has been a life saver for keeping my body on a high to perform the best I can, even when its been push way passed its comfort zone.  I would honestly say without the Fuel Shot, I would have bonked several times during each workout.  The stress and demand of these routines are intense, so you’re going to need to fuel up as intended. 

The Max Creatine is money.  Love it.  Talk about a great supplement to increase size immediately.  The creatine monohydrate will help your muscle swell bigger and fuller than ever before.  Make sure you’re drinking plenty of water though!

Last, but definitely not the least, the Super Suma.  First off, what is Suma and why is Suma important?  The Suma Root is widely used in South America. It is on the banned list of anabolic steroids because of appearance in the way it presents in tests. It is called “the everything root” because it is useful in balancing many of our systemic functions.  It is also credited with helping the production of testosterone, and contains almost all the recommended daily doses of amino acids.  The Suma Root helps reduce inflammation and therefore assists in recovery. Among other characteristics these are some of the more obvious to our uses. It’s also an aphrodisiac, so ladies look out!  So basically, the Suma Root is 100% healthy for you and has the same effect as steroids, without the side effects!  Can’t get any better than that, right?

All in all, the Body Beast’s Build Phase was a great first three weeks.  I am extremely impressed with Body Beast and satisfied with my results and progress thus far.  There are no complaints when people around you are complimenting on noticeable results!  I’m excited to dive into the second phase of Body Beast, the Bulk Phase!  Bring on the BEAST RESULTS!
