Q: Did you follow the P90X Nutition Guide?
A: Yes, as best as I could. I joined the Beachbody Club, which was great since it allows me to customize a diet that best fits me – food I like, food I know how to prepare for and food that the whole family will enjoy. I would strongly suggest becoming a Club Member to help you stay on a diet throughout your journey.
Q: What are some things that you changed to help your results?
A: I increased my protein! I know consume about 300g of protein daily, with the help of protein shakes and high protein lean meats – chicken and fish. With this diet adjustment, I am stacking on the muscle!
Q: What does your diet look like on a normal day?
Breakfast – Shakeology – mixed with a scoop of whey protein or peanut butter.
Snack – Granola or almonds, fruit, oatmeal
Lunch – Tuna sandwich on wheat, protein shake, fruit
Snack – Granola or almonds, fruit
Dinner – 2 Grilled Chicken breasts, vegetable medley
Snack – Wheat Thins or celery and peanut butter
Before Bed - Protein shake, cottage cheese w/ fruit
