As I said in my last recipe post, the demand for Shakeology has been through the roof and I have been sending out more samples than usual. Many of you wonder what the best ways are to blend up the Greenberry Shakeology. Personally, my favorite recipe is to blend my Greenberry Shakeology with 4oz ice water, 4oz Orange Juice or Cranberry Juice, 4-8 ice cubes, a Banana or Frozen Strawberries / Blueberries / Blackberries / Raspberries. The more liquid and less ice you use, the less thick it will be. I have also compiled my other Top 5 list of my favorite go-to Chocolate Shakeology recipes. 2. Banana Sunshine: Blend Greenberry Shakeology with 4oz water, 6oz Orange Juice, 6-8 ice cubes, a banana
3. Almond Honey-Licious: Blend Greenberry Shakeology with 8-10oz almond milk, 1-2 tablespoon honey, 6-8 ice cubes
4. Strawberry Peach Paradise: Blend Greenberry Shakeology with 8oz water, 6-8 ice cubes, frozen strawberries, peach fruit cup
5. Strawberry Cream: Blend Greenberry Shakeology with 4oz water, 4oz pineapple juice, 6-8 ice cubes, frozen strawberries, non-fat vanilla yogurt
I enjoy having my Shakeology in the morning, a little after breakfast. If that day is a resistance training day, I will add an addition scoop of Chocolate Whey Protein Powder to a recipe. I feel more energized when I consume protein in the morning with my Shakeology on weight training day, which helps my results tremendously. This is a must if you’re trying to add some serious size gains while doing P90X.
