#1   P90X – I absolutely live by this program as I have completed the program four times.  Trainer Tony Horton will transform your body in just 90 days. P90X is a revolutionary system that constantly introduces new moves to challenge your muscles and give you extraordinary results.  With the different workout phases P90X offers, your body will never fall into a plateau.  You will keep seeing the results every time you look in the mirror.  If you’re sick of going to a jam-packed gym and wasting your money on memberships, then P90X is the way to go.  Finally, there is an at-home cardio and full resistance training workout that can be completed in your living room with the help of only a few accessories.  More information on P90X, click here!

#2   INSANITY – This program truly lives up to its name – INSANE!  Insanity is run by trainer Shaun T, who will push your body to the absolute EXTREME.  If you’re looking for an intense, higher impact cardio training program, then Insanity is the program for you!  In addition to the H.I.I.T. #6   Rev ABS – WOW!  Talk about a complete core shredding workout.  I have had this workout for a few weeks now and every single time I do it, it still feels like day one!  This workout is a beast and is exactly what you need if you’re trying to sculpt the picture-perfect 6-pack abs!  This ab system is specifically designed to burn off the fat and give you a six-pack in just 90 days.
