P90X P90X2 Hybrid Schedule

Ready for extreme results?  Looking to really spice up your workouts?  Then here is the ULTIMATE Hybrid Schedule, combining the P90X and P90X2 workouts.  Now you can experience the intense cardio of P90X combined with the challenging balance routines from P90X2.  Don’t worry, you will get plenty of resistance training ontop of all this!

Personally, I wouldn’t recommend doing this hybrid till you have successfully completed a round of both P90X and P90X2.  Once you have done that and are ready to take your workouts and results to the NEXT LEVEL, then give this P90X/P90X2 Hybrid a try!

Phase 1 (weeks 1 and 3)
