Today is Thursday, January 26th. Before I start, GREAT NEWS: my wife and I just finished closing on our first house! We are officialy home owners! Yay! Any advice?
Anyway, I am going to start posting a “Weekly Coach Update” article every week here on the website. This weekly post will consist of any new information I receive from Beachbody, such as, new products, new programs, upcoming events, promotions, etc. It will also consist of any new information from me, such as, product reviews, motivational tips, workout/nutritional advice, promotions, etc. I think this will be a great way for me to communicate to my website visitors.
