I’ll have to admit, when Beachbody first released Shakeology, I was a little skeptical. I wasn’t all that excited as I figured it was just another Meal Replacement Shake. However, as I started doing more research about it, kept hearing nothing but positive things from the people I coach and the entire Beachbody community, and once I tried it out for myself, my skepticism disappeared.
